SETH J. GOLDBERG

 

Seth J. Goldberg concentrates his practice on New York City property tax appeals, representing owners throughout both the administrative review process at the NYC Tax Commission and subsequent judicial proceedings before the NYC Law Department.
Seth graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Finance and earned his J.D. from New York Law School. He has served on the Condemnation & Tax Certiorari Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
In addition to tax certiorari matters, Seth regularly advises clients on property tax opinion letters, tax projections for prospective acquisitions, and guidance on evaluating acquisitions involving various tax incentive programs, including ICAP, 485-x, and other NYC real-estate tax benefit programs.
